We host storytime every Saturday morning here at the Houston Public Library, but we only have professional musicians as our guests once a year  — when the Apollo Music Festival comes to town!  The opening concert of the 2017 season starts Friday, August 25th at 7 pm at Cross of Christ Church, but a few of those dedicated musicians will be here in our children’s room bright and early the next morning, at 10 am on Saturday, August 26th, to introduce kids and their parents to the beauty of classical music.  We’ll also be reading a few books about music, too!  Questions?  Call the library at 896-READ!
