Well, according to this chart, staff at the Houston Public Library are “Cheapy McCheapfaces,” but then we are on a tight budget and tomorrow night will be our third Halloween event in five days! If you and your kids are out on the 31st trick-or-treating, makes sure to stop in for the candy most appropriate for libraries to hand out: Smarties! We’ll be open until 8 pm! And remember:  the Houston Lions Club will be over at the Community Center handing out treats as well from 5 to 7 pm.
