Library cards are issued free of charge for anyone who resides in the state of Minnesota. Residents of Wisconsin or Iowa may also be issued a library card for a yearly fee of $40. Please contact the library if you live out of state. Individuals under the age of 16 must have permission from a parent/guardian to obtain a library card. Please refer to the Service Policy on our Policies page for more details. Once you submit this form, a member of the library staff will contact you regarding your barcode number and PIN. You may also stop in the library to get a library card.
