The Houston Public Library will be closing early on both Thursday, August 28th and Saturday, August 31st to allow staff and volunteers to attend Houston’s annual Apollo Music Festival, a series. Doors will close at 6:15 pm on Thursday and 1:45 pm on Saturday.
